Why you should consider online coaching.
My online format is different from many other online coaching plans I have experienced. I don't just send you a 'one size fits all' program and leave you to work it out yourself. Your personalised programs are app-based with video demos of each exercise, you follow your programs through your phone at the gym. From my end I can see how you're going with your training, I can make comments and suggestions and you can communicate directly through the app about your training. The app integrates perfectly with My Fitness Pal, which I use to get your nutrition spot on according to your goals.
I don't claim to turn you into a fitness model like you see on Instagram, my programs are for real people who are wanting to improve their health and fitness and become better versions of themselves.

- A minimum 12 week commitment
- A promise to follow my training and nutrition methods, take progress measurements
- A smart phone for access to your gym programs and nutrition tracking
- An intermediate level of knowledge and skill in the gym and an understanding of good form with exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, chin ups.

Your online individualised programing, macronutrient and calorie goal setting, daily contact and ongoing motivation. Membership to my 'clients only' Facebook group where you'll get lots of support from people like you.
