IT’S A SLOW PROCESS, BUT QUITTING WON’T SPEED IT UP

Yep, it’s a slow process.  It’s such a frustratingly slow process.

Life is always 2 steps forward and 1 step back.  You’re doing really well then you hang out with your friends on the weekend and you’ve just blown a week of good eating and hitting your macros.  You’re smashing it hard at the gym and you come down with the awful virus that’s circulating and you’re out for 2 weeks.

You’re going away on holidays and you know you’ll be eating all of the food.  You’re consistent with your training then you get injured and boom!  You can’t work on your entire lower body for a month.

I know how it feels, I’m human too (although I do try to be wonder woman most of the time).

Whatever you do, don’t give up!

Whatever you have achieved so far, HOLD ONTO THAT and just take off from where you left it moments ago.  Don’t just let go of all the hard work, money and time you have invested into yourself.

Your body is not a hobby.  Treat it like a billion dollar investment.  Every session at the gym is a deposit into your investment. 

Every healthy meal is a deposit into your investment.  Every day of hitting the right quantity of food, yep, you’ve just made another deposit into your billion dollar investment.  Keep saving toward your investment.
