My coaching and nutrition approach is sustainable and designed to work long term. I do not promise overnight transformations. I teach people to change their lives for the long term, I help you get rid of old habits that might be keeping you stuck where you are. I can teach you new, good habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

  • A minimum once a week face to face session at regular set time and day. Ideally 2 sessions if you are new to the gym
  • A minimum 12 week commitment
  • A promise to follow my training and nutrition methods, no ifs ,no buts
  • A smart phone for access to your gym programs and nutrition tracking
  • Gym based sessions only (in Kingsford, Sydney). I don't do park sessions, home sessions or group/couple fitness. Only 1 to 1 personal training
  • Cost $85 per session (see terms and conditions)
  • Once a week (or more regular if required) 45 minute PT session
  • A personalised gym-based program for every other session you’ll be doing on your own at the gym (changes every 4 weeks)
  • Meal plans and macronutrient goals specific to you, your training program and your health goals
  • Access to communication with me
  • Invitation to my closed (invite only) Facebook group
